1Acceptance of Terms of Use

• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party

Me88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from you at any time to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria above. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one me88 account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. me88 will use this information for verification, communication, and financial processing purposes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account password. me88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party if you have failed to keep your password confidential.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device
• Contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Me88 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. me88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Winning withdrawals are processed within 3–5 minutes for standard amounts to a registered eWallet or bank account. For amounts exceeding RM10,000, additional verification may be required and withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours.

Withdrawal conditions you should know:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method that was the same as the one used for your deposit
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed

• Matches or sporting events cancelled before reaching the minimum stipulated duration

• Bets placed after the actual result is known (late betting)
• Use of bots or automated software to place bets

Continued use of the me88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect and withdraw your remaining balance.
